The jerseys
These jerseys are plain-faced, featuring only the corresponding team crest without any additional logos. That is, no numbers or names are printed on these jerseys. Furthermore, no brand logos are printed on any jerseys, shorts, football socks, or related products.
The jersey samples
We provide jersey samples free of charge. However, we only cover domestic shipping costs within the factory’s country of origin. International shipping costs for samples shall be borne by the party requesting the samples.
Ordering Rules
We support
- Single fabric orders, provided the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is met.
- Mixed orders of styles and fabrics, subject to total quantity meeting the MOQ.
- Support for ordering jerseys in multiple sizes.
- Support for style modification and customization per requirements.
We do not support
- Stock held in overseas warehouses.
- Printing of brand logos or text.
- Printing of violent, discriminatory, political, or graphic content.
- Printing of intellectual property not owned by the buyer, unless official proof of ownership is provided.
- Returns based on size, color differences, change of mind, or shipping delays (company's promised delivery time + 15 days is considered standard).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- This price is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), inclusive of customs clearance fees and applicable taxes in the destination country.
- For both buyers and partners, settlement is exclusively via TT and corresponding payment methods. We do not accept OA, L/C, D/P, D/A, or similar settlement methods.

payment terms
- All products require a deposit payment upon order placement. Production commencing prior to full payment is not accepted.
- Both buyers and partners must settle payments exclusively via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or equivalent methods. Other settlement forms such as OA (Open Account), overseas warehouse stock, etc., are not accepted.
- The balance must be settled when the jerseys are shipped from the production country's port within the agreed timeframe. Payment upon arrival at the buyer's country is not permitted.

FAQ
If I want to place an order for 30,000 sets/pieces but I don't have sufficient funds currently, can I sign a contract for 30,000 sets/pieces and then take delivery and make payments in batches? How are discounts calculated?
Yes, we support long-term cooperation contracts. This requires the customer to commit to a total purchase volume over a specified future period. A procurement contract must be signed, and a 30% deposit of the total order value is required. Goods can then be received in batches within the order’s validity period. Our discounts are calculated based on the total order value, and you will still receive the discount corresponding to that total amount.

When is the deposit for the long-term cooperation contract refunded? If I sign a long-term contract with the factory, can this deposit be used to pay for goods within the contract period?
The deposit for the long-term cooperation contract will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days after the contract order is fully completed. We do not support using the deposit to pay for goods during the contract term, except that it can be applied (combined with other payment methods) to settle the remaining balance for the final shipment under the contract.
What is the advance payment percentage? Does the advance payment include the deposit for the long-term cooperation order?
As a source factory, we have upfront costs for materials, time, labor, and equipment operation. Therefore, our advance payment cannot be lower than 50%. Please note, the advance payment does not include the deposit for the long-term cooperation order. The long-term order deposit is an additional, separate payment.
Why is the discount different for each product? Are the discounts updated in real time?
The discount varies for each product primarily due to differences in the costs of fabrics/leather materials used. Additionally, external market factors can influence pricing. Therefore, our discounts are dynamic and subject to real-time updates.
How can I distinguish between the Player Version and the Fan Version?
For the Player Version, please select the “Authentic Replica” version, while all other versions are Fan Versions. There are significant differences between the Player Version and the Fan Version in terms of material, craftsmanship, cut, and price. The Player Version is designed to closely fit an athlete’s physique, offering optimal freedom of movement and ensuring unrestricted performance during games. The Fan Version features a relaxed fit, suitable for daily wear and easy movement, with a primary focus on everyday comfort and affordability.
What is your standard MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for custom jerseys and balls?
We understand that flexibility is key for our partners. Our standard MOQ for custom sublimated jerseys starts at 10000 pieces per design, and for Authentic Replica jerseys, it’s 5000 pieces. For custom balls (basketball, football, soccer), the standard MOQ is 2000 pieces per design. For all products, we are always open to discussing your specific needs, and for larger projects or long-term partnerships, we can offer even more flexible terms. What customization options do you offer?
We offer end-to-end customization to bring your vision to life.
For Jerseys: Full sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, custom labels, and tags. You can control everything from the fabric type (dri-FIT, mesh, etc.) and color to the smallest design detail.
For Balls: Custom printing/thermal transfer of logos and graphics, custom color schemes for panels, and options for different materials (PU, PVC, rubber) and construction methods (machine-stitched, hand-stitched, glued) to suit various performance levels and budgets.

How do you ensure quality control during production?
Quality is at the core of our operations. We have a multi-stage QC process:
Material Inspection: All fabrics and raw materials are checked before production.
In-Line Inspection: Our QC team monitors the production line to catch any issues in real-time.
Final Random Inspection: Before shipment, we conduct AQL standard inspections on finished products to ensure consistent high quality, durability, and print clarity. We can also provide pre-shipment samples for your approval.
What is your typical production lead time?
Lead time depends on the order quantity and complexity. Generally, for standard orders, it takes:
20-30 days for custom jerseys.
25-35 days for custom balls.
The timeline calculation starts from the date we receive your final approval on all artwork and a confirmed deposit. We provide a detailed production schedule for every order and keep you updated on key milestones.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We highly encourage you to check our quality firsthand. We offer pre-production samples (standard samples) FOR FREE, you only need to pay for the international shipping costs, which can be deducted from your first bulk order. This allows you to verify the material, workmanship, and colors before mass production begins.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms for new clients are 50% deposit with the purchase order, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. We accept payments via T/T (Bank Transfer) and payment methods on other platforms. Terms for established partners can be reviewed and adjusted.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we are experts in both. For OEM, we manufacture according to your precise designs and technical packages.
